For a relatively small airline operating out of a «Developing» country, they get it right!
Certainly they don’t compete on club lounge amenities as the «big boys», but they’re every bit as friendly and accommodating, maybe even more so.
I almost always fly business class with them, due to the long hauls of my travel, and they’ve been fine. Quality meal service and great smiles.
They recently tightened their carry-​on luggage weight limits, and yet they let me board under the old rules as I began this itinerary more than 9 months ago, under the «old» rules! That’s pretty accommodating.
I have every willingness to fly them in the future.
