I think there was a lot of serendipity at work when my husband and I got married because not only were most of our vendors friends(cake-maker, celebrant, florist, gown designer) but the few that were strangers beforehand have become good friends, like Jenna. I literally trawled through around 50 wedding photographer’s portfolios before deciding she was the one. Boring posed picture after boring posed picture but I was determined to get it right and in the end, we did. She’s primarily a portrait photographer, specialising in music but whatever she photographs becomes beautiful and I loved that I didn’t need to give her much direction. She took loads of candid snaps along with the obligatory shots and got all the details without me having to worry about it. We received the ENTIRE catalogue of photos(1500 or so) and she worked her little butt off doing a 9 hour shift, barely stopping to eat or drink. She was such a pleasure to have around on the day and even drove our three kids around Cornwall Park during the organised part of the photo shoot. We love her and her work so much and would recommend her for any photography job.
