John Walker Music

Even though this music store is a rather small and cramped, it still has room for plenty of instruments of all kinds. I think it has character, and I have grown to like this store. I have bought a number of little bits and pieces from this shop like guitar strings, drumsticks etc. and also a ukulele. The instruments seem to be of good quality, and I have been happy with all my purchases here. Not bad prices too, and sometimes you will be able to find a pretty good bargain.
The man who is always behind the counter (possibly John Walker himself) is always friendly and willing to help out with any questions and queries. He obviously loves music and knows his stuff well. Ask him if you are looking for a tutor as I’m sure he’s aware of good musicians in the local area.
