A comfortable café in a business location, but with a menu that has all the staple brunch options. The atmosphere isn’t wholly great indoors, but outside(especially on a sunny day) this is a great spot to be. The food options are everything you’d ask for in a café, and they’re delivered in amazingly fast time. Coffee is above average, and although it’s not exceptional it goes well with the overall feel that this café is a solid option if you can’t be bothered fighting to get in to the more popular spots. Mozaik is always busy, but there’s always a table. Service is typically very good — friendly and attentive.

Easy spot on Constellation Drive with lots of parking underneath. Indoor and outdoor options, the heaters outside providing enough warmth on a cold morning. The menu is pretty run of the mill, I settled on corn fritters with crispy bacon. They were good, accompanied by sour cream and fresh tomato salsa. Cabinet food was okay too, just nothing to elevate it above all the rest.

Walked in on labour day, after a drive by and«why not?» question. We were greeted and seated fast, wait staff were on the ball and the meal was out very quickly. The open steak sandwich was delicious, the burger was a little dry but thats probably because my partner ordered no aioli. a great meal, reasonably affordable for the quality.

Man, what a strange place to put a café — Mozaik’s Rosedale branch is set on the first floor above a car park off a busy arterial in the middle of a commercial area dominated by big boxes like Bunnings and such like. Not exactly the bastion of urbane high street café culture then is it? Happily, when you actually manage to find the place it’s quite nice — there’s a nice terrace which faces north so it’s great on the sunny afternoons under the umbrellas, and the interior is nice and spacious. The food is a bit pricey for what is basic café fare, but it’s done competently enough — all day breakfast here is great, and the coffee is decent. So all up, a nice enough café in a strange spot.

Good food and friendly service, but one of the higher priced cafes I’ve eaten at. I’ve been to Mozaik a handful of times are they’re pretty consistent in terms of the quality of meals. The smoothies are really nice but I didn’t find the coffee was very memorable. Nice place to go for brunch or a quick lunch as the orders are ready pretty quickly. Be prepared to shell out a lot on a public holiday as they have a surcharge — and when a regular breakfast is about $ 20 anyway ad extra 15% is pretty steep. Also, while the café has a nice interior the commercial area around Constellation Drive is not very inspiring.
