I’ve stopped in here a few times for coffee plus quick lunch or a grab a go. Situated in the black blocks of light industrial Mt Wellington there is nothing special about the place, and one could safely assume its just another lunch bar for the boys. Well its not The parking is ample and easy right out front. As you walk in there is a self serve sushi area to the right. The sushi is always very fresh and tasty and never clumpy or cold. The portions are good not generous. Coffee here is average and service can be a bit spotty. But thats what you’d expect from a place like this The dining room is the highlight, its big and spaciously set, with high vaulted ceilings and a dark décor which is smart. Excellent outdoor area, its sunny and private and sheltered from the rush and buzz of the road. Elevated high above the parking lot of the site next door. the price is very reasonable and what you’d expect in its vicinity. Its not a destination location but its a good alternative between sylvia park or a lunch bar.
