Delicious. What else can I say? They just make excellent food. Go there and eat it. Or get it as takeaways and eat it somewhere else, either way it’s still excellent.
Personal favourites (although I’ve never had a dish that disappointed): Dhal Makhani, Aloo Palak, Shahi Korma, and, if you’re dining in, the Sage’s Platter — a selection of tasty little morsels from the entrée menu. If I’m there with my little brother we’re obliged to get Chicken Tikka Masala, which is certainly a good option, but I think it’s worth exploring the menu and finding some of the less obvious choices. Like I say, I’ve never had a dish that disappointed.
