The Organic Mechanic

After having heard only good things about The Organic Mechanic, I was all in !
Gerogie B had spied on Facebook a strawberry smoothie and asked if it was available and yes it was !
So smooth and full of that strawberry flavour with cashew, coconut milk and other amazing nutrients ! it was a winner .
Great friendly service and just genuinely happy guys.

So, their smoothies have upped to $ 7.50. Yes, still on par with the rest of big little city but, alas, no longer a «bargain.»
They’re also now offering «for here» glass jars for said smoothies. Three cheers for sustainability! Woot.

Along with the rest of Auckland, I am really into juicing at the moment — there’s just no easier, more delicious way to get your 5+ a day — and it must be said these blokes absolutely nail it!
Not only have they come up with creative, nutritious and delicious juices which they churn out every weekend at the La Cigale Market but they are also passionate about the bigger picture — encouraging people to eat more organic, fresh produce as well as highlighting the impact this can have on a one’s quality of life. Not only do I find their attitude/​ethos admirable but also completely infectious!
