University of Auckland Tamaki Campus

I had a class in the Tamaki campus during my final year at uni and I freakin’ loved it here. It’s a lot smaller than the main campus in the city, and a *lot* more quieter which was part of it’s charm. It is the site of papers within the fields of Education, Engineering, Health/​Med and Science (Chem, some Bio papers, Sports Science and Psych).
The campus was always clean, and the lecture theatres equally so. They were also a lot smaller to accomodate for smaller, and (in my opinion) more effective classes. The campus is equipped with a few cafes, a library and a lot of computer labs. Like in the main campus, I spent the majority of my time in the library — when I managed to find a seat, I could stay there all day — such was the ease of studying there. And they had an abundance of powerpoints, too; a must for uni libraries. Yay for powerpoints!
The best thing about the campus is the parking — free if you have a class there, and the carpark is big to accommodate guests and students alike. Alternatively, there is a free bus you can take that links the 2 campuses.
