Being a man with a marketing and advertising qualification, I can see why we have a Windsor Park Centre. It is a strategic device to give the restaurants and other tenants a collective marketing power, enticing more customers. And as a result they get more customers, which equates to more profit. As a marketer it is your job to get people at the door, and once they are there, then the sales staff can do their thing and close the deal. The centre is home to a diverse range of take-away and conventional restaurants, and there is plenty of parking in front and at the back of the building. I normally park at the back to avoid the congestion of rush hour. Considering the lack of good take-away joints in the Bays, I can see why this centre is fully tenanted, and why it is so popular with the customers. I like the fact that it offers food items for all tastes.
