My first impression of this place was that the Receptionist doesn’t know much about the business and I would only give 2 stars on that basis… I called to enquire about a procedure for a pet and she couldn’t tell me how much it would be and had no knowledge of how it was done. She actually sounded as though she was bluffing her way through until I asked for more in-depth answers and she admitted she didn’t know. Note to owners: give your staff some standard staff training! I made an appointment anyway and hoped for the best. Having said that, they were quite pleasant and competent when I got there and the vet was quite proficient.
