Apple Charcoal BBQ

Same style food as before with the chinese charcoal bbq skewers. This place has been revamped, book shelf full of books for everyone to read, movies or tv shows on all the time and occasionally the owner makes special treats like moon cakes for mid autumn festival (and these aren’t easy to make!)
I always get the usual things at chinese charcoal bbq places, lamb, chicken soft bone (hehe i know this sounds gross but but… ok can’t even justify it…) beef tongue… ok dont be freaked out they ave normal cuts too, like marinated chicken feet. hahaha nah but really they have beef, lamb, chicken, spam, tofu, chinese bun, all sorts of veges, prawns, squid, you name it, they charcoal bbq it on a stick (really) :D
