Walking into «Boardertown» is a skate and/​or snowboarder’s dream. There is skate/​snow clothing, decks that furnish the wall behind the counter (DGK, Plan B, Element, Toy Machine, Baker, Anti-​hero) footwear & accessories to boot. There are ‘penny’ & ‘sector 9′ cruisers/​completes starting from $ 149. Most of the decks are $ 80-​$ 120, then you need to buy trucks & wheels! What an education — really. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. «Boardertown» have 2 shops: Botany & Ponsonby, also an online shop. Definitely recommend for all your skate/​snow essentials.
