This place is my favourite fish and chips. The fish as always fresh– usually warehou or terakihi (even the standard «fish». The crumbed batter is my fave. Really nice batter. Good pineapple rings :-). It is over the road from the beach and the massive island bay park and playground with a fenced area for the kids. Not expensive but as good as the gourmet places as far as the fish goes I think. They have got busier lately as word has perhaps got out so ring ahead or just head down with the kids and hang while you wait. Dairy next door to buy some ice blocks for desert. Love it
