This was a really great place located close to the harbor. It was walking distance from our hotel and is open from pretty early in the morning to really late. The atmosphere is well decorated, has booths and tables and a central bar. We went during the lunch hour and were seated and served quickly. They also have free wifi which is nice if you’re traveling.
Gluten free menu is great with tons of options which are easily labeled for simple menu navigation. They have a great lunch menu deal for 25 new zealand dollars. It includes either coconut or jasmine rice (I had jasmine) a glass of wine or beer, and two of the dishes on the menu. I had the orange and pistachio salad and the beef satay with peanut sauce. Both were excellent. The orange and pistachio salad was really interesting and fresh with tons of herbs. My friend really liked what he ordered as well.
Food was affordable and service was good. If you’re gluten free and in the Wellington area I definitely recommend giving this place a try.

Nice little asain Tapas bar. Bit of a chain but each location is individual. The plates are quite small tapas and reasonably pricey so it is a good idea to go with a bunch of people and order a few to share. Good for lunch and dinner. Also two for one plates on a Tuesday! Nice cocktails, friendly staff and this particular is cool as is opens up to the bar Motel and another bar with live music called ‘Caberet’
