Awful service. I get busy and was told 20min wait on food, which was OK… An hour later, after asking 2 different wait staff how much longer and watching the wait staff that took my order sit at the table next to my family with what I assume was the owner and begin to eat! I called it quits on this place. Felt bad for the girl behind the counter, but the service offered here is bad. Will not visit again and will make sure I advise friends and family the same.

Located in the new Silverdale Central complex, this branch of Mozaik is a fantastic new addition to the area.
Stopped in here after my girlfriend went to do a trial flight at North Shore airfield, the premises are really nice, fresh, modern, and licensed as well, so you can spend lunch either with a huge mocha like me, or a casual afternoon Becks and some fresh food from the kitchen. Even if they are a small chain branch, it really felt much more like a chic little coffee shop that doesn’t have to report to anyone.
The coffee and service were actually well above the level I’ve had from other Mozaiks, which was a really welcome surprise!
Heaps of outdoor seating and a really good looking cake selection (which I wasn’t allowed to try, stupid training régime!) but I will definitely be coming back whenever we end up this way to visit the girlfriend’s family.
