Fast food Chinese restaurant… I go with my Chinese friends and they get me the authentic delicious stuff… Cheap and fast… Except weekend I I enjoy my experience.

There’s not many hk style eatery in Wellington. They got all the usual BBq duck, pork etc
They even have dumpling and pork buns. Big selection of hk stir fry dishes. The salty fish chicken fried rice is a great dish. The décor is not flash at all, but a really good cheap eat for Wellywood.
However when it comes to service it is appalling. The lady who’s at the cash counter is always pretty snappy and grumpy…

This is Hong Kong style café dining at its best here in Wellington.
The roast duck noodle soup is my comfort food go-​to as well as the beef chow fun (stir fried beef with rice noodles). I like the clay pots and combo bbq plates, too.
The café is kind of a dive, but if you’re only here for the food, you’ll not be disappointed.
