We waited over an hour for a pretty simple order. After we asked about it for the umpteenth time, it turned out it had been sitting on top of the cabinet, getting cold, for 20 minutes. No apology, no discount, frankly no idea how to run a takeaway business. The food was good. But I will never go back.
