Hot yoga and juice bar at Southeast

I mostly come here for the intense hot yoga classes, which are very professional, friendly and cheaper then in the other schools in the centre of town. Besides that they serve superb coffee, fresh juices and healthy bites. You can only come out of this place feeling refreshed!

This is a very new place in Amsterdam Zuidoost. It is there only for few months and it is so cool I think more people should know about it. It is a yoga studio with two rooms. One for hot yoga and one for kids yoga and yin yoga. The hot yoga room has got beautiful purple floor. They have got 3 toilets, showers and changing rooms.
The part of yoga studio is the Juice bar. They make there smoothies, juices, salades and some healthy sweet bites. The interior of the Juice bar is really nice. It is kinda messy and industrial. Really hip! You can choose if you gonna sit on the chair of the radiator with a nice pillow or at a bench or maybe a sofa. They have got a covered garden where you can eat your lunch as well. There is also one bench in front of the door if you would like to sit outside. There are always some magazines if you are waiting for someone and you are bored. But there is also free wifi if you want to come to work on your computer and you need some place nice and quiet.
There is always an exibiton of some paiting from different artists that you can buy if you like them. Or just watch them and enjoy them.
What‘s really cool at this place, there is FREE PARKING. Or if you will come by PT there is metro stop Ganzenhoef line 53 just few meters from the Juice bar. Bus 45 and 41 are also coming here.
And the best part, it is not expensive at all!!!
