What an amazing service. They really know how it is to love your watch. There was something wrong with my watch, since the last time I had changed my battery (for € 10 you get a 2 year guarantee battery, plus the watches have a special press system only they can manage with). Turns out the rubber band inside the lid was missing. The woman mentioned this when I made a comment that I suspected there was some rusting going on.
Okey, I do admit it was their fault in the first place this happened, because I couldn’t have removed it myself. But she offered to have it fixed, so I’m very pleased!
Apart from that, I totally love the quality and style of Fossil watches. They truely look vintage, yet new. Neo-​vintage I guess it’s called, hah!
I even consider buying another watch, since forever! And with this service, I really might! It is time my watch had a sister, or brother? The men’s watches always look amazing!
A watch may appear expensive, but when the quality is good and the people at Fossil take their job seriously, € 80 – 120 for a watch really isn’t that expensive. It’s actually quite fair, if you ask me. I’ve had my watch for at least 5 years and I’m still in love with it. It never gets old! My heart and watch go ”tik love, tok love”…
