If you love oysters you will LOVE Zilt en Zalig. We tend to run into them at markets and festivals and we are so excited when we do! Not only do they have a nice variety of oysters, but you will get personality like you’ve never seen before. The passion that you will find with them is mesmerizing. Sometimes we seek them out just to listen to them. Whether you speak Dutch or English, they are happy to tell you all about the oysters, where it’s from, it’s flavor, and why it has that flavor.
I find them fascinating! So friendly too. There may be a crowd around them, but they are worth waiting for!
