I just ate a bar of Van Der Burgh Chocolad (Dutch Artisan Chocolate) Dark Chocolate and it was really good. I normally opt for milk chocolate but this was given as a gift. It’s creamy, smooth and delicious. AND there are only five ingredients! No weird chemicals I don’t understand. It’s also made from Fair Trade cacao and for those who don’t realize it, that basically means «Slave Free Chocolate». No trafficked children were used to harvest the cocoa beans that many of the larger chocolate companies use. That is important to me. Great chocolate, excellent quality.
