One of the worst dining experiences of my life. It took 10 minutes to get menus, 20 minutes to order, and 70 (yes 70!) minutes to get our meals. The flavor was insipid and, ironically, both our meals were rubbery and over cooked. With only 2 entrees and 1 glass of wine, our bill was 60 euros. Every single entrée has flour in it. The wine list is very limited. We would have been better off braving the wind to walk the half mile to the doner kebab take away stand.

A restaurant, bar & lounge with a view. Located on the 12^th floor. Good choice of wines and very nice food. I liked it a lot.
