Haarlem, The Netherlands
This is a very basic station, that services the Amsterdam to Zandvoort sprinters (slow trains). In summer the station is full of beach goers, in winter it’s a pretty quiet place. It’s a short walk from the station to the main Zandvoort beach and promenade.

Frankfurt am Main, Hessen
Winziger Bahnhof, den wir nur nutzten um einen Ausflug von Amsterdam ans Meer zu machen. Der Sprinter verbindet die beiden Städte halbstdl. miteinander. Für gut 10 € kann man einen Ausflug von dem GroßstadtGetümmel ans Meer machen. Auf dem Bahnhof kann man sich nicht verlaufen, es ist mehr als Übersichtlich. Ein mittelgrosser Kiosk bei dem man sich noch etwas für die Fahrt kaufen kann, steht genau am Gleis.

Amsterdam, The Netherlands
A rather small station that has (as far as I know) only trains that go to Amsterdam passing through Haarlem and other stops in between. The building itself is a nice old train station building that I think is disappointingly under used. Sometimes the building is not even open and you have to walk up the side steps and the last time I was inside, the store space was under utilized. It is a shame because it really is a nice old building.
