Café Caspar

I absolutely love this place! My friends and I accidentally found this café one day when we were walking back from running errands and the window into it caught our eye. We were pretty tired so we decided to check the place out for a pick me up, and we fell in love with the place. The ambiance is great for long hours of work or just to sit down with your friends. They go all out with their seating options so they have big tables for big groups and more intimate seating for smaller groups. The Late Macchiato I got was perfect and big enough to last me the whole while I was there. I can’t end this review without writing about how terrific the service was. We had the sweetest servers and another employee that we talked to was very personable and charming. I would definitely recommend checking out this place. I know that once classes start for me, I’ll be coming back here a lot to study! :)

Nach der Ära, die mit der Schließung der Mensa der Katholischen Hochschulgemeinde ein trauriges Ende fand, gibt es nun einen hoffnungsvollen Neubeginn.
Der Umbau hat große und positive Veränderungen gebracht, gemütlich sind nun die Tische aufgestellt, die Möbel sind bunt zusammengewürfelt, eine lange Theke passt als Blickfang gut in den Raum. Das studentige Flair wird durch das Team nochmals unterstrichen, das sich engagiert um die Gäste kümmert.
Das Mittagsmenü besteht aus zwei Gerichten, die mit Suppe oder Salat kombiniert werden können, Salate und Kleinigkeiten gibt’s auch. Durchaus gute Küche, der eine oder andere kreative Einfall war schon dabei.
Alles in allem eine Bereicherung für die Gegend.
