If you’re looking for authentic Balkan food, I suppose you might end up disappointed by Balkan Express Grill. The place is basically a burger joint. Grilled meat patty in a bun is what’s sold here. I got what they call the pljeskavica and it was pretty decent. The meat is of good quality and grilled nicely. The flatbread (puffier version of the pita) is a welcomed change from regular buns. The food wasn’t as ethnic as I had anticipated but I was quite happy with it overall.
BEG can be a bit hard to find. You have to walk through the archway and go all the way to the end. Go up the steps into the indoor dining area to order. There’s a pleasant courtyard where you can sit and enjoy the meal. It’s a big reason why I like this place.

Besides balkan names for food,(ćevapi i pljeskavica), there is nothing else in common.
Flavour not even simmilar.
We were very disappointed.
