Kanton opened only recently. It seems to have developed a following already. Both tables inside were taken when I went in. I had to sit at the bar. Soon there was no space there neither and newcomers had to settle for take-out. The dumplings here are quite good. You can tell they were made with great care. They compare favorably with those found at Parobar. The dumplings are bigger here, so there’re more fillings in each of them. One thing they need to work on is the steaming procedure, to ensure that their food is cooked all the way through. While the dumplings I got were fine, the steamed buns(which are bigger) were a bit under-cooked.

Very small place which was opened just two weeks ago. They serve different kinds of Asian steamed dumplings. We ordered beef, lamb and chicken. And steamed pork bun which was actually delicious. Some dumplings were uncooked so we needed to ask to steam them again. I blame initial lack of organisation for that. But they tasted good that is why four stars.
