For wine drinking this place is perfect. Good wine selectionn and prices. However choice of wines used to br better. Interior reminds times when this place was a bakery. Open kitchen is now rather its disadvantage of this place as food they serve is not good quality anymore and cooks apparently forgot how to cook. Waitresses are nic but service is kind of slow. They have nice Garden in the summer.

We had short stop in there where our photo tour in Debniki finished. It is difficult for me to write more about the menu but based on time and coffee I had I only observed that it is former bakery or something industrial transformed into the Restaurant. Because personally I do not like this type of adaptation I am giving 3– it was for me like warehouse adjusted or other purpose building to the Restaurant. maybe it is not but this is impression I had. I do not like pipes, cables and rough walls and hydrants or whatever it is. This is only about design. Just simply not mine cup of tea :) They did not have internet that time due to some fault– also they could not charge credit cards because terminals were not working but I have been informed about it when I asked not before– it could caused me problems due to run out of cash… and it was dark for me due to the daylight is limited. It is good quality place for meals I have seen in the menu but not the type of atmosphere I like. Kind like in the spooky place :) I like open kitchen though so maybe I can come back to taste the food later and change my mind. Cat I like and outsides– wooden stairs and tables.

Nice interior very unique with the old bread oven. It looks small from outside but has lots of space. Just had a latte which was nice and hot, always good. Spent it with very good company

We came here during a foto tour. It was a very pleasant and relaxing end for our little journey. The place is very stylish with chefs cooking right near tables. I love watching how masters of their craft do their magic, so enjoyed it a lot. The food was well prepared. Didn’t have that good pasta in a while.

Just a stone throw away from Centrum Kongresowe, Konfederacka 4 is located in a very quiet street and is easy to find. When we entered we decided to ask whether they take card, and the answer was no. Luckily there was an ATM just a minute or two away. We ordered pancakes with dark chocolate and a menu with three different types of cottage cheese. First of all the pancakes were actually one single which surprised me in a good way. However, I think they used too much egg in the batter(or maybe it was on purpose) but for my taste it was closer to an omelette than a pancake, which is not the best combination with chocolate. Also as a chocolate lover(and who isn’t?) I would have appreciated a bit more chocolate. The cheese dish then: before we got our food they put a basket with bread on the table, which we of course attacked like hungry wolves. When the food arrived we were surprised to see that the cheese menu is really just that: three cups with cream cheese, which cost 15 zl. We understood that the bread was actually meant for the cheese menu only. Surely they could have served this together with the cheese or maybe warned us that the bread was meant to go with it. The cheese itself was excellent however, especially the one with basil. Lastly, they should step up their bread game, because this was this kind of pre-baked baguette that you just need to heat up. So will we be back? Probably not for breakfast. By reading the comments here it seems it is worth a second shot, maybe for dinner to taste the wine.

I’m pushing the rating to five stars. I’ve been here so many times now and it had never disappointed me. I’ve also had the chance to eat a number of the items on the menu and brought guests who have felt, as I do, that everything about this place was just fantastic. In particular, sitting in the back room watching the chefs prepare things is a real treat. If you visit Krakow and don’t try this place you are missing out and if you live here and don’t know about it you are in for a treat.

A fantastic place and fantastic food. The restaurant has various different zones. Outside there is a tiered seating area and a few tables and chairs. A friendly, but sleepy cat, was taking advantage of the lounging and smoking area when we visited. Moving inside there is the«bar» area with an impressive display of wine. In the main dining area(which is bright with large windows) you can watch your food being prepared. Or(also in the same area) there is a little nook with sofas where you can sit quietly. If you prefer an elevated view there is a mezzanine area. The food was very nice. The«Botwinka» soup arrived and it looked at first sight like barszcz czerwony(red beetroot soup). But unlike that soup this had various things floating around in it. Pieces of beetroot… nice, plus pieces of boiled egg, also nice. Overall the soup was very nice. For the main course I had meet skewers, served with rice and salad. One skewer was satay style chicken, but with teryiaki instead of peanut sauce. The other skewer was pork with leek and green peppers. Both of them had nicely seasoned succulent meat. The menu was slightly limited only offering six main course options(and three of these were tagliatelle based). Apart from that I absolutely love the place. I’m looking forward to going back and trying some of there scrumptious-looking desserts.

On my most recent visit to Krakow my co-worker took me to this place and I quite enjoyed spending time here. This seems to be the kind of place where you can do all sorts of activities: from breakfast with your friends, to lunch meeting with a client or sitting down with a glass of red wine and reading a good book. My colleague and I had settled in here for a work meeting and so at some point I got a little peckish. I don’t think they had an English menu, but luckily there was one Polish speaking person and so I was able to hear what they had on offer. Unfortunately they were out of soup on that day and so I decided on a mixed salad and a cheese-and-meat platter. Both dishes were simple, but quite tasty. It came with plenty of bread, which by itself was really yummy. They have free wifi here, but only a few outlets. During our visit the wifi was not working, but the owner gave us access to the internal network… that was really nice and I very much appreciated this gesture.
