Radisson Blu Hotel

Rooms seem large and clean. Staff seems friendly. Looking guests Tina great stay. Excellent location easy walking all over the city.

Wir haben im Dezember hier drei Nächte gewohnt und waren sehr begeistert:
Das Hotel ist wirklich schön und modern.
Die Zimmer gross und gemütlich eingerichtet. Man hat einen riesigen Schrank, ein großes Bad, eine Minibar und auch ein Bügelbrett, was wir recht praktisch fanden.
Die Betten waren sehr neu und die Matratzen gut.
Das Personal nett und auch die Hotelbar nicht übel. Hier hatten wir übrigens einen Drink, bestehend aus zwei Grasowska-​Wodkasorten mit Apfel. Der war echt lecker und hieß, glaube ich, «Polski-​Martini».
Den Spa-​Bereich haben wir nicht genutzt und getestet.
Ausschlaggebend war für uns damals die Lage: Man ist am Rande der Innenstadt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Schloss (ca 5 min den Park runter) und quasi zwischen der Altstadt und dem jüdischen Viertel. Wenn man gut zu Fuß ist, kann man wirklich alles per Spaziergang besichtigen. Hat man abends keine Lust, den ganzen Weg zurück zu laufen, kostet ein Taxi nie mehr als ca 3,50 €.
Der einzige Minuspunkt war für uns das Frühstück: Das fanden wir zu touristisch bzw kontinental. Uns fehlten schmerzlich die polnischen Spezialitäten wie Kabanosy, Eiersalat mit Majo oder authentisch polnischer Schinken.
Das konnte auch das Omelett, welches man sich morgens bestellen kann, nicht retten.
Wenn wir nochmals nach Krakau kommen, werden wir definitiv wieder hier wohnen-​aber vielleicht woanders frühstücken ;)

This was a lovely hotel with a lovely room and staff. Overall, the hotel was clean — and the bed comfortable. The restaurant also had a nice surf ‘n’ turf buffet that was worth going to. The staff were always willing to help out and, in particular, one bartender/​server named Piotr was an absolute delight to interact with and have serve me and my friends. The location of this hotel is also great, as it is near old/​downtown Krakow (²⁄₃ minute walk across a park/​plaza and you’re there).
I’d happily stay at this hotel again, when visiting Krakow. The only thing preventing me from giving this hotel five (5) stars is that it didn’t offer anything extraordinary. As I said, I have no real issues with the hotel — it was clean, great staff, great location — but it didn’t offer anything so spectacular so as to warrant a full five stars (which to me is «above and beyond.»)

This hotel was pretty fabulous. The lobby and rooms were very modern and everything seemed new. The beds were comfortable and clean. The bathroom had a shower and a tub (separate) and the tub had a clothesline (which was useful since we got caught in a huge rain storm). The room was extremely large, which was very nice. The breakfast was comprehensive, they had eggs (scrambled, hard boil, and soft boiled), meats, cheeses, breads, etc. The location of this hotel is one of the selling points, it’s a 5 minute walk to the main square and a 10 minute walk from Kazimierz, very convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We visited Krakow with my father-​in-​law, who is a survivor from World War II, and he wanted to show my wife, daughter, and me his hometown, which was outside of Krakow. He chose this hotel since he had stayed there previously. I usually like to stay at local hotels instead of hotels under a management agreement with large chains but this hotel was great. The rooms are good size, the beds and pillows are very comfortable, the bathrooms are modern, the water pressure is great, and the service was excellent. We chose not to have breakfast included since it was expensive, and I feel we made the right choice. Internet is free, and very, very fast, and the location is minutes away from the Main Square in Krakow and the Wawel Castle is even closer.

Superb room with a stunning view. Excellent breakfast buffet included. A little pricey perhaps but you certainly get what you pay for.

Ein sehr schön modernes zentral gelegenes Hotel. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend und die Zimmer stets sauber. Es gibt noch keine Abnutzungserscheinungen. Wir haben mit den kostenlos bereitgelegten Bademäntel auch die Sauna benutzt. Die war niegelnagel neu und auch dort war das Personal sehr freundlich. Für die Parkgarage mussten wir allerdings 25,-EUR die Nacht bezahlen. Das Frühstück verdient allerdings keine 4*

Ganz gutes Hotel direkt an der Burg und gegenüber der Weichsel gelegen. Die wunderschöné Altstadt von Krakau ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.
