It was so amazing to visit former building of Krakow’s main station– where I used to buy tickets for travel– and see all transformed in food fair– it is Food Market but it lasts till afternoon .
It is organised every weekend from 9 am till 4 pm. There are small stalls inside with pastries, coffee stations and canapes. It was so amazing to be there and see inside and outside of the former station people wandering around and having drinks or snacks.
Or sitting in the waiting room, eating breakfast but no calls for trains– it was bright and music was playing instead. :)
There are tables also on the other side of the building where we used to go to access the right platform.
I thought for a while: Oh this is so unreal :) but it is real, and is really lovely and great use for such beautiful building.
I never thought it was beautiful back in the days when station was functioning but now with all stalls and people and switched off train board looks really cool.
