Ambiance is nice. Staff are relaxed and at tentative. This is the second time I’ve been here. Yesterday was the first. Had the pork tenderloin. Excellent. Today trying the pirogies and steak. Pirogies seemed fresh, had a little bit of fried egg on it. 3 varieties. The meat one was nice, my favorite, then the potato and cheese. The last had a filling I didn’t quite known what to make of. Presentation was nice. It came on a piece of slate. The steak is stellar. Lovely, balanced nicely with salt, pepper and Rosemary. Strong cut fries. Delicious gravy. Simple. To the point. Served with style.
