The staff was nice enough to compensate us for what is not entirely their fault: thin walls. This hotel really just has too thin walls. You can hear all your neighbors in adjacent rooms, even below or above. We couldn’t sleep. We complained, the guests were notified, but as said, the walls are too thin. Normal conversation level noises come through. Meanwhile, the prices are above mid-range for Polish realities, and just not worth it due to this.

An excellent fish restaurant near Warsaw — very old and famous. In order to get there — you need a car, getting there by a public transport would take you half the day, so forget it — just drive there or get a taxi(that would cost you a fortune, btw) This place gets crowded, really crowded — which is always a good sign. Call them first and make a reservation — even during the week, let alone the weekends. The food is excellent, all sort of fish, cooked, baked, fried — you name it. Even a standard fish and chips meal is excellent. Well worth the trip!
