As always the best meal I’ve had in the Tricity area. I ordered the Zander with mushroom sauce and it was to die for. I also recommend żurek (sour soup), gołąbki (stuffed cabbage) and there desert torcik bezowy (meringue cake). Honestly notated what you order will be delicious, fresh and organic. The chefs do an outstanding job cooking. The servers are super duper friendly and helpful. Honestly if you are in the area, go to Bulaj. It also helps that they all speak English

My favourite My favourite restaurant in Poland. Rather unimpressive décor, tiny place — but with a lovely terrace and perfect beach location, although off the pedestrian zone crowds. Minimalistic menu — you have to have what they have got! This is not the place to come for your favourite schnitzel and French fries. The food is slow, the waiters (and owner) witty — some might not like /​understand it. I do. Very good selection of wine, including reasonable Polish vines (yes! We do have a proper white). The fusion, the wit, and the joy might no appeal to everybody, but the quality is superb. I love the place.
