I spent the entire summer promising myself to swing by here one day for a glass but it didn’t happen. Until recently, when I had some time to kill after work and wanted to sit down somewhere to read a book but didn’t feel like going to the Starbucks on the other side of the street. Okrąglak must have been amazing during the summer. Now, when they’ve removed their little outdoor seating arrangement and the customers are left with a couple of tables and bar stools inside, we end up with a tiny bar with huge windows and an amazing view at the Palace of Culture. I had a mug of mulled wine(12 pln) and enjoyed it very much. It wasn’t entirely suited for my planned activity, which was reading a book, as mentioned above, but it was nice and cozy anyways and the bad lightening didn’t stop me. The barman was nice with a smile on his face so I have absolutely nothing negative to say on that matter. I hope they’ll remain a part of the vast map of Warsaw’s pubs and clubs because I’d love to come here next summer! In the mean time, pop by for a mug of mulled wine or beer(they also have a wide selection of other alcoholic beverages and typical«pub» snacks, btw).
