After an eventful But terribly cold day, and friend and I wanted to get some coffee and relax together. Since I’ve been living in Popowice for a few weeks, I kept seeing the sign for Bema everyday on the tram, and this came to mind. I was happy we chose this spot, because it was the perfect spot on a Sunday evening. We escaped the throngs of people in Magnolia Park and found a quiet intimate place to sit and relax and chat. I had the carrot soup– it was great. Something I’ve never tried before! And we both opted for hot chocolate with raspberries. What a treat! The atmosphere is light and airy. There are mirrors and light bulbs everywhere, but it’s not harsh. If time were no concept, I would have sat here forever, together with my friend. But alas, they close at 8 on Sunday’s and he had to go. Bema was the perfect end to a perfect day. The perfect location for my last meeting with my friend before I head back to the U.S. Thanks Bema!
