I Penedo has a rustic charm inside and a nice terrace outside. The food there is homemade style and obviously freshly cooked (the kitchen is open to the dining area). We had a really nice lasagna there and enjoyed the view over Albufeira Beach.

Food here is mediocre — nothing really wrong with it, but nothing amazing either. Their back patio overlooks Penedo Beach and that’s the best part about this place. Service was also quite good. Their fresh squeezed orange juice is really nice!

Maravillosa terraza con vistas a la playa y los barrancos. Platos no baratos, desde 9 €, pero muy buena calidad y bien servidos. Un capricho delicioso.
