Excellent wine selection in a cozy setting. The grilled chorizo was so, so good! Nice place to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

We stopped here twice during our 4 days in Lisbon and thoroughly enjoyed it. Tabuas is a wine bar that serves generous portions of very good Portuguese wines including many different variations of port. Our server was knowledgeable and friendly and helped make this a good experience. They also serve some appetizers to go with the wine but the main reason to go here is to try great wines by the glass at reasonable prices in a friendly atmosphere.

Hatten leckeren Portwein zum Abschluss des Tages. Service ist freundlich und flott. Einige andere Gäste, in der Regel Jüngere, trafen sich hier um den Abend einzuleiten. Zu Essen gibt es Käse– und Schinkenplatte oder geröstete Choirizo oder nur Oliven. Man sitzt auf kleinen Fässern an runden Tischen oder Bänken am Fenster.

Ravie de cette découverte! Le propriétaire(qui parle français) s’y connaît en vins et porto! Faites-lui confiance et allez boire un verre dans cette taverne très agréable. On se pose sur des tabourets autour de tables-barriques ou sur des tables en bois, et on déguste du vin en écoutant du fado. Les prix sont très doux vu la qualité de ce que l’on nous sert(4 euros le verre, grand). On peut également y prendre des assiettes de charcuterie et de jambon(tout est présenté et tout avait l’air succulent). Une adresse à noter pour un séjour à Lisbonne!
