This is an amazing, huge restaurant. A lot of locals rent the venue for weddings. The look of it is very authentic for northern Portugal look. They have different floors and a huge garden, don’t miss the big aquarium on your way to the bathrooms. I have been there twice, and both times, the food was excellent. Be prepared to eat a lot, as the portions are enormous. Maybe it is a good idea to share plates, instead of ordering individual dishes. I don’t eat meat, so I can’t judge the meat, but the seafood rice I had was excellent and the grilled fish as well. Even when this place is full, it somehow sounds like in the quiet side, maybe it is because of the very thick beige rock walls. Definitely a place to try if you are in the region.
