5 stars for the taste of the food but giving an overall 4 because the food is overpriced for what you actually get and I sat in front of the bar and just seeing how much ice is added even to a Coke is insane (more than any other place Ive seen). Made me just ask for water.

I can only speak well of the food which was seasoned and cooked impeccably although it was a pretty small serving for the high prices paid. Service was good and fast except for an unhealthy practice that we have even reported to corporate management. I refer to the unhygienic practice of not providing place mats or additional napkins where to place your silverware once you unroll the napkin bundle. Unless you complain and ask for napkins, you are forced to place the utensils on the bare table which is a totally unhealthy practice.
We sent word to the manager, but there was no contact or reaction from her. This is an unacceptable practice in any restaurant and one star is lost just for that reason.

Excelente, el mejor Steakhouse en todo Caguas. Aparte del happy hour tienen especiales de temporada con buen valor, buenas porciones y calidad. Tienen Prime Rib todos los dias y los precios estan desde $ 8.99 que no esta nada mal.
Antes ni pasaba por el shopping de Las Catalinas y ahora planeo visitar al menos 1 vez en semana.

Service is what you expect here in Caguas, good not great. Food has always been prepared properly. However, compared to how service, food quality and overall expectations of the Outback in Isle Verde has become (OMG, they now completely suck) the Caguas store is well above the grade.
The training of the staff might be slightly lacking but at least they seem to care. They don’t have piss-poor or condescending attitudes like the Isle Verde. With the exception of management in Isle Verde. You can never seem to find one so how can you judge?
What the hell happened I.V. this store use to be one of our favorites of the whole chain
