Taiguey Beach Bar

Was excited to see what a local bar/​dance club was like and was in for a shocker! There is an outdoor patio so good for the smokers to hang out in. Inside was dark like a dance club should be but I guess being dark is a good thing for this place because boy did they have alot to hide. Anywhere you sit the AC was dripping water. The dance floor was small and drinks were more expensive than what I pay for an average dance club in NYC. NYC is suppose to be one of the most expensive cities but I guess PR is caught up. The most thing about this place is probably the bathroom. I didn’t go but my companions had told me that there was #2 in the toilet and they had to go anyway: p I know club bathrooms are suppose to be bad but that is beyond gross. The only reason this place gets 2 stars is that the dj spins very good music and place is open past 5am. Music ranges from English and Spanish current top hits from pop, salsa, merengue, bachata, reggaeton… This place also attracts young crowds 20s-​30s I suppose ranges from tourists and locals. Place dies down around 4 or 5 and you can have pretty much the dance floor to yourself. Check it out if you have nothing better to do but beware of the bathroom lol

Every beach has a place like this one, bad food and drinks and they think no one will notice if they crank the music up real loud to make it seem like they’re the happening place to be.
