TomToms Burritos

Upcoming from California, I didn’t have high expectations for this place. I got a chicken box, which came with rice, (big cubes of) chicken, salsa (choice of poco de gallo, medium spicy, and spicy), sour cream (which I opted out from), beans, and the pickled cabbage being suffered. The chicken could have been more tender and less dry, although the flavor was decent. It lacked the grill taste and had a sauce taste instead, and honestly, it reminded me a bit of Asian food. The cabbage and pico de gallo balanced out the dryness of the other ingredients, though I wish there were more of it. The cabbage didn’t really seem to have any special flavor, just cabbage. It was a lot of food though, and it came with some salty tortilla chips. There was self-​serve water and hot sauces, as well as this really good spicy chipotle sauce. A lot of food for a decent price of 79 kr, but the favors are slightly off.

solid american/​mexican style burrito. HUGE. the flavor of the meat was really nice, but the rice and beans could have used greater flavor and presence. this place is better than the Wrapped Burrito chain around town (but that place is also good).

Great burritos! I’ve been searching for a place with good Mexican food… I finally found it!

TomTom’s serves you great mexican food in the middle of Linné, well worth a detour from Linnégatan!
The food is good with great salsas a variety of vegetarian/​vegan dishes in addition to the traditional meat and chicken.
Tom and his staff are super friendly and really eager to give you the best burritos in Gotheburg, which they do :)

A perfect authentic Mexican burrito.
Happened to be in Gothenburg for a few days and was craving some tacos. I searched Unilocal without expecting much and happened upon this place. It is affordable and exactly what I was looking for. I will be returning on my next trip to Gothenburg.
