hot yoga Malmö

My first ever attempt at hot yoga makes it hard to evaluate the practice, but I’m happily surprised by how accessible this business felt.
The atmosphere is a little more fitness than cult, the language in class is more focused on the postures than chanting. Depending on the leader you will get more or less of the life-​guidance clichés.
The hot rooms are clean and the space in general is fresh. While the changing rooms are bland, the showers are new and rather stylish.
They have a shop with both clothes and gear appropriate for their practice.
Mat rentals and towel service is available for a fee. (20 – 40 kr per visit or 4 – 600 per month)
