The Food was ok, once we got it… we had to wait an hour on the first course. This while the menu was limited to only three dishes acne one menu. It will take a long while before taking a chance to return.

I found this a bit over priced and over-loved. The crowd here is older(35+), while i was there i think the average customer was around 50. The interior looks really nice, they’ve made an effort with the butcher style décor that they also follow up by being; you guess it — a butcher :) The charcuterie plate was plentiful and overall ok, but rather unexciting. The steak and tartar we had followed the same tune, nothing very exciting. This place has gotten a lot of ok reviews from my friends, so given my somewhat bland experinece here, i might give it a second visit(if i lack other options and have to go out in the caroli area)

The concept is nice — having a simple meat dish cooked with love. I also like the atmosphere in the room and the fact that you(apparently) can just pop in without a reservation. We tried the beef skewer which was a good choice. The meat was so tender and the sides were perfect! Love that you got quite a lot of meat — hence the name of the restaurant. The other dish we tried was the burger. This was also a good dish. Nothing extraordinary but above average! Can’t wait to get back to try some of the slow cooked stews.
