This place is located very conveniently in connection to the brand new Filmstaden Scandinavia. The restaurant itself is absolutely gorgeous and boasts a very burlesque-​like design which allows for both casual as well as intimate settings. We came here prior to watching Deadpool yesterday and were starving. Both of us went with the burger. Big mistake. The big problem with this burger was that it was trying too hard — the flavors simply did not go well together. The pickled red onions in the burger were way too sweet and overpowered the entirety of the burger. The fries served were not fried all the way through, so some of it tasted like powdered potatoes. The aioli that accompanied the dish was unlike any aioli I have ever seen — rock hard in consistency and way too salty. I asked for Mayonnaise to be served with the burger — and lo and behold, they actually had the balls to charge me 15 SEK for it. Now, the cost is not a big deal but this is definitely nickel and diming on their part. I have had burgers in pretty much every country I have ever been in and never been charged for mayo to be served on the side. To add to that, the mayo was not branded and tasted like salt only. Ketchup was also generic brand with odd flavors.
All-​in-​all, the restaurant has great ambiance and the service is fine, but the food was extremely subpar. It’s really unfortunate because this place has a lot of potential.
