Sausage restaurant where they make their own sausage. They make sausages with meat, with different kind of fish and veggie with beans and truffles. But the veggie sausage have been in the freezer before serving so you can’t taste the truffle at all. Good sausages in general, but nothing extra ordinary. The sideorders holds a bit higher class. The sauerkraut is awesome, and so is the potato purée The restaurant is modern and big. Some tables stands close together, but if you are a bigger crawd you can sit at a booth. The service is lacking some finess and attention to the customers.

Good sausages! I had thüringer and chorizo, both good, but the best was the sauerkraut. Service was ok, in that Swedish unfriendly but correct way. Interior is like a galleria restaurant, nothing special.

Should’ve read reviews first. Ambience is ok, but food is taking FOREVER. 30 mins passed, and still waiting. They won’t even come up to apologize for the wait or offer anything else. Had to flag down a waitress for water. Birthing pains, I’m sure, but with so many staff walking about, it shouldn’t be that difficult.
