We had a wonderful experience here during our trip. The staff was excellent and attentive. The food was incredible. We were a party of nine and had the chance to sample almost the entire menu– no one left unsatisfied. The price was fantastic considering the quality and amount of food presented. Highly recommended!

Deb and I visited lots of buffets on our trip, and one of the incredible local recommendations we enjoyed was the 175 SEK ($ 25 USD) breakfast buffet at Stallmästaregården Hotel. The food itself was excellent with a smörgåsbord of options (including such rare luxuries as eggs and juice!), but what put it over the top was the incredible lake and wilderness surroundings of the Royal Haga Park that makes it feel miles outside of the city.
While we only got one bite of this apple of a find, I’ll be definitely be doing some romantic dining (or perhaps an amazing stay) at Stallmästaregården Hotel.

I arranged a conference here for 8 people and had breakfast, lunch and dinner. The service was excellent, the food was phenomenal and the atmosphere of the place was wonderful. If you want to experience a piece of history while in Stockholm and at the same time treat yourself to a good meal, Stallmästaregården is a fine choice. It also happens to be located in the most beautiful park in Stockholm, Hagaparken, which is well suited for a scenic walk any time of the year.

Ein Traum im Haga Park
Das Hotel verfügt über einen ganz außergewöhnlichen Charme, die Mischung aus «altem» Gutshof, schwedischem Chic und Sterneküche verleihen dem Aufenthalt eine ganz besondere Note. Das Hotel iegt im Haga Park an einem See im Norden Stockholms. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist in Ordnung, für einen Städtetrip vielleicht nicht ganz optimal (1,2 km zur Ubahn oder Bus). Aber die gsamte Anlage des Hotels, die ausgesprochene Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter und die wirklich sensationelle Küche machen das mehr als wett. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich eingerichtet und für Stockholmer Verhältnisse durchschnittlich groß. Der Service ist sehr zuvorkommend und auch die Rezeption stand immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Fahrräder kann man sich kostenlos im Hotel ausleihen. Die Räume für Feierlichkeiten sind wunderschön.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen!

I was here during my visit to Stockholm back in January. Everything was very yummy and the place itself was super quaint and cozy. If you’re looking for a more traditional European dining experience, I would definitely recommend coming here! Afterwards, you can take a walk around Hagaparken.

One on the best restaurant I ever dined in.
Refined tasty and excellent service that easily put to shame Parisian restaurants.
Highly recommended, might sound pricey but it is really worth it.
The accommodation is also very nice with a cozy feel. Love that place an to top it all they have the fastest Internet you can find in a hotel.
