A small piece of Operakällaren at the food court in Ringen. Perhaps an unlikely place but it fits perfect into the new fancier food court Teatern. The food here is small dishes that van be combined with each other. Three courses will set you back 100SEK. That is fairly reasonable considering the quality. The choice of dishes will however determine how full one gets. I peaked a little bit at what others were getting from there before deciding. The choice for me was the perhaps a bit boring pulled pork slider, the 63° egg and the flank steak and noodle salad. The egg was small but the flavors were all there. Fair warning though, eat it first as it does not benefit from being cold and other dishes are bound to have more flavor so if eating this after it will taste like nothing. The Pulled Pork Slider was what filled me up, big to be a slider and despite pulled pork being a bit boring it was nicely spiced with a bit of kick to it. The flank steak with the glass boodles was the best dish, nice fresh and flavorful. A bit in the small side. I would however have needed something more to be full so if the dishes would have been a bit bigger it would have been a four. As it was bow I needed to go and get an ice cream from Korvkiosken after(which I would probably have done irrespective of if i needed it or not)
