KiFF

We came here for a concert– Sophie Hunger rocked!
But this big venue was stuffy and terribly hot!
The bar was long, but the place was packed,
and people cut in front of me– totally whack!
The coat check‘s in the basement, bathrooms on first,
the concert was on top, and so was the bar (for thirst).
I have to say the on-​site parking was rather pricey,
but the location was safe, and not at all dicey.
I‘d come back for a concert or music of some sort,
but this place needs more air and open windows, of course!

Das KiFF ist nicht etwa eine Anlaufstelle für Marijuana-​Abhängige; es ist ein Club in Aarau. Ja, ich weiss, wir habens ja nicht so mit den Aargauern, aber kommt, mal weg mit all den Vorurteilen. Das KiFF hat nämlich echt was zu bieten. Ob Rock, HipHop, Pop, Reggae, Metal, Electro, DnB oder Folk, jedes Genre ist bei den regelmässigen Live-​Konzerten vertreten. Das KiFF, was die Abkürzung für «Kultur in der Futterfabrik» ist, steht mitten im Industriegebiet Aaraus und ist somit ideal gelegen für laute und ausgelassene Parties. Unter der Woche ist das KiFF sogar Schauplatz für Theater oder Lesungen. Ob lokale Bands oder internationale Grössen, das KiFF hat schon eine riesige History und hat so einige Stars bei sich spielen lassen. In dem Gebäude hat es eine Hauptbühne, eine kleinere Bühne mit Foyer und Bar und sogar einen Club namens Silo, wo jeweils auch die Electro-​Acts auflegen. Die Leute im KiFF sind übrigens auch super, ein bisschen Hive-​mässig, kommt jedoch sehr darauf an, was gerade läuft.
In 35 Minuten ist man mit dem Zug von Zürich auch schon da, was ja wirklich nicht alle Welt ist und sich für diesen Club definitiv lohnt.
