When it comes to it, the hookah is decent.
This place lacks severely in service though. I’ve been here during the afternoon when there weren’t many customers and it was ok but when we came at around 10:30 pm it was absolutely terrible. We ordered our shisha and drinks after 10 minutes of waiting. After that we waited another 20 minutes with nothing until I stared down a waitress and she came over to say that they didn’t have the flavor we wanted anymore. You couldn’t have told us that right away or even 5 minutes after ordering?
Just terrible.

they didnt serve us at all at first. the music was terrible and they didnt even have the cocktails we wanted (they were on the menue) totally 2 starts experience!
edit: the waitress came (after 20mins!!!) and told us that they dont have the flavor anymore that we wanted. so i complaint and wanted to leave because i just couldnt stand the bad service and the 2 music playing anymore. she talked to the manager and we go the first round for free. afterwards they served us much much better and they shut down one of those two songs playing. the hookah was good though
conclusion: actually a two stars place now (after the manager changed) but because they changed after complaining and the hookah is good i give 3 stars.
