This organic shop is an oasis in a sea of orange-colored logos dotting the landscape. The space is not too terribly large, but feels roomy and inviting. This perceived sense of space could be in large part due to the fact that I have only ever visited the shop during the afternoon. It would be good to see if the joint fills up come 5pm.
I am impressed with not only their varied selection of fruit and veg, but also with their butcher counter, ample cheese selection, bread and pastries. Did I mention their righteous olive oil assortment? No? Well, that ain’t all, people. Environmentally-friendly cleaning products, beauty supplies and even pet food also line the shelves. –wine and beer, too!
In addition to a full assortment of products, the service at Höheners is both professional and friendly. Ahhh!
