Hotel Adagio

Adagio offers apartment-​style accommodations that are good for a short or medium stay. At $ 180 including fees on Expedia, the price was comparable to other hotels in the area. The room had 2 twin beds and a sofa bed that could have fit an additional 1 – 2 people.
The room was spacious. It had a living area, bedroom area separated by a sliding door, shower + tub room, toilet room, 2-​person desk, closet, and kitchen stocked with basic wares. The décor was modern. The free Wi-​Fi worked well.
My only complaint is that the carpet was extremely dirty and discolored, and the room had an odd wet dog smell.
The surrounding area seemed pretty quiet. Multiple bus lines stop half a block away, and you can get to Basel SBB in 10 minutes by bus or 25 minutes on foot. When you check in, you get a card that grants free access to public transportation in Basel and the surrounding areas for the duration of your stay.

Clean hotel in a good location. Highly recommended if you are staying a few days as you have a kitchen and dishwasher.
